As Head of International Business at Austell Pharmaceuticals, Karishma’s drive is to provide access to healthcare and medicines to 3rd world and developing countries. In order to enhance her own contribution to society and her profession, Karishma completed an MBA through Henley Business School. Through her MBA process and her engagement with Henley, Karishma expanded her knowledge in the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Karishma now uses NLP to enable coachees to reach their personal and professional goals.
